Establishment Of An Ad Hoc Fire Department Cxm~mittee - <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~ber Cox and seconded by Council~,mber t~t,uca directing <br />city staff to prepare a resolution for council adoption that would <br />establish an Ad Hoc Fire Department Committee in Ramsey and to proceed to <br />advertise for persons to serve on that o0mmittee. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilms~hers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />De[mca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />b. Affluent Sewage Pump System For Ramsey Municipal Center - <br /> <br />City Engineer Paatikka reported that sewage system at City Hall is only <br />operating on one pump and the system needs improving. The City has <br />received a quote fr~m Tri-State Drilling for a duplex pump system with <br />alternating controls. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Pearson <br />authorizing the purchase and installation of a duplex affluent sewage pump <br />system fr~m Tri-State Drilling in the amount of $2,167.00. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Cox was <br />temporarily out Of Council Chambers. <br /> <br />c) Problems With Couying Machine At Ramsey City Offices - <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich noted that staff is having prohl~ with the Xerox machir~ and <br />is attempting to be released from the contract. Staff is researching <br />features and rates of other co~ying machines. <br /> <br />d) Rediscussion Of Minor Subdivision For Jake Barthold - <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that Mr. Barthold has redrawn his request for a <br />subdivision that would result in both parcels having 200' of frontage on <br />~wy. #47 with a o~m~on access.
