P~0POSED (I~DITIC~ ~SE P~K~T <br />DE~A ~BOIS <br />15030 ~ ~ N.W. <br /> <br />On April __, 1987, a conditional use permit was issued to Debra Dubois for <br />the operation Of a beauty salon from her home at 15030 Willemite Street <br />N.W., which property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 4, Greenland Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This pemit is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. <br />This oonditic~al use permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the <br />conditions impo~ herein are oc~plied with. The c~tions of this penmit <br />are as follows'. <br /> <br />1. /klequate water supply and on-site sewage disposal facilities will be <br />provided. <br /> <br />2. Adequate off-street l~rking shall be provided. <br /> <br />3. Exterior displays or signs and exterior indication of the proposed use <br />shall not be permitted except as permitted in Section 170.05 of the City <br />Code. <br /> <br />4. The Applicant shall be the sole operator of the beauty shop and shall <br />not employ another beauty operator.. <br /> <br />5.
