City of Ramsey

15153 NOWTHEN BOULEVARD N.W.o RAMSEY, MINNESOTA 55303 · ~612) 427-1410

WILLIAM K. GOODRICH
CiTY ATTORNEY

HENORANDUN

TO:
FROM:
RE:
DATE:

Anne Norris
William K. Goodrich, City Attorney
Amendments to Zoning Ordinance
March 19, 1987

Attached is the proposed ordinance relating to the fencing,
parking lot, surfacing and site plan requirements which you had
requested. It is my understanding that the Planning Commission
will be holding a public hearing on these amendments.

For your information I am attaching a copy of the Maple Grove
site plan review section which does contain considerable more
detail than our current Ramsey site plan review section. You
may want to review with the Planning Commission the Maple Grove
section and determine if any of those provisions would be
helpful to the City of Ramsey in this area. I will be happy to
revise the attached ordinance if you would like to make further
amendments accordingly.
