Plans showing all existing <br />and proposed stte contours tn no more than two (2) foot <br />contours. <br /> <br />(A) <br /> <br />Also provided shall be detailed site drainage plans, <br />Including the detailing of the site's storm sewer <br />system with catch basins and invert elevations. <br /> <br />(B) Casting types must be shown for all catch basins, <br /> <br />Erosion Control Plan, Plans for stte erosion control as <br />required by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Lighting Plan. Plans showing location, height, and <br />candlepower of all t11umtnartes on the site, All parking <br />lot ltghttng standards located within the parking lot area <br />must be located within parking lot tslands. <br /> <br />Staging Plan. If the project is to be constructed in <br />several stages, all stages shall be clearly detailed out <br />on the plan. This shall also include future expansion <br />elements of a proposal. <br /> <br />Sign Plan. Plans showing all proposed signage for the <br />site in acordance with the Maple Grove Sign Ordinance,. <br />Section 345. <br /> <br />Planned Improvements sUneary. ~Calculation of the area, <br />length, amount or other SUnmnary dimension or inventory for <br />each improvement contemplated pursuant to this Paragraph <br />(e), which calculation shall be useful to the City <br />Planning Department in determining the amount of the <br />surety to be provided pursuant to Subd. 4 below. (Added, <br />Ord, No. 85-04, Sec. 30) <br /> <br />Procedure for Proces~in9 a Site Plan. <br /> <br />Reviews and Approvals/General. All plans for Site development <br />within the City as described in this Ordinance shall be subject <br />to formal review and approval proceedings, The reviewing City <br />bodies shall be the Planntng Commission and the CttYCouncil, <br /> <br />It shall be a decision option of the City Staff to process <br />a Site Plan Review Request directly through to the City <br />Council for review and approval provided that certain site <br />plan elements are found to exist. These elements shall <br />consist of the plan being of standard City specification <br />design, the plan containing no elements which would <br />require a public hea~ing and the plan encompassing not <br />more than ten (10) acres of site area. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />The Ctty Council shall have the option to review and <br />approve the site or refer it back to the Planning <br />Comisston for further review. <br /> <br /> <br />
