Do <br /> <br />Also Present~ ~~lf Devel~t Directoc /~nne lqorris <br /> <br />Chat~ Reter~m called the puMic heazing to o~ler at 7:33 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN <br /> <br />Gerald ~hbein was present and stated that they were proposing to create <br />the lake in the western portion of the P.U.D. The develotxnent needs a <br />watershed holding lxmd for storm drainage and the c~ners of the P.U.D. <br />would rather construct: a lake to allo~ for better hones and a higher tax <br />base for the c~mnity. By c~eatin9 the lake, the developers are hoping <br />that this will create an attraction for homes on the vest side of the <br />develotment. It will take several years to constn~ the lake and the lake <br />will be o-0-25 feet in depth. The lake ~11 be stocked with fish and will <br />be large enou~ for fishing but won't be large enough for motor boats. <br />The developers are proposing to include a s~tamflnq beach for Northfork <br />residents. Rehbein is proposing to c~eate 40 acres of surface area on the <br />lake and will excavate beheeen 40-45 feet off dirt and the lake vtll be 20- <br />25 feet above the water table. <br /> <br />Steve Wrench - 16470 Fottmann Circle - Requested if there is a _,~ster plan <br />for the developmnt and thai: this was the first the residents have heard of <br />actual plans for a lake.
