Wrench- Inquired as to who would insure compliance with the <br /> <br />Chainn~n Peterson replied that if the conditional use permit vas issued <br />~ith an expiration date, Northfork could request ~n extension or renewal, <br />but there would have to be a ne~ public bearin~ for the extension of that <br />pe_n, tt. <br /> <br />ar. #rernh - Irqutred as to what the bond would be for. <br /> <br />Chairman Pe~erson replied that the bond would be for restoration and to <br />assure the ccmple~ c~ the project. <br /> <br />ar. Peck - Noted that excavation would be limited by the City to 5 acres at <br />c~e time and that the lake would be excavated in secticem. <br /> <br />David Shapell - 9325 l$4th Lane N.W. - Inquired as to hoe the slopes would <br />be controlled as the lake vas ~etng e~a~d. <br /> <br />~. Rehbein - Replied that the City will only all~ slopes that are not <br />steeper than 4:1. <br /> <br />David Shape11 - Inquired if an exact location for the lake has been <br /> <br />ar. l~]~ein - Replied that soils and materials wi]/ dictate exactly where <br />the lake will be located. <br /> <br />Hr. Wrench - Inquired whether the mterial that is being excavated would be <br />allo~ed to acc~mlate. <br /> <br />ar.
