6. No build up of fill material shall be perm~_tted on 153zd Avenue N.W., <br /> County Road 83 or U.S. Highway 10 & 169. <br /> <br />Dust created by travel on the access road shall be controlled by <br />appropriate means by Behbein. If it is not possible to control the <br />dust on any given day, the grading and excavating operation shall <br />cease c~ that day. If, in the opinion of the City Engineer, the dust <br />created by the operation is excessive, the operation shall cease. <br /> <br />In order to prevent excessive dust pollution, the grading and <br />excavating operation shall discontinue at any time when wind gusts are <br />in excess of. miles per hour. <br /> <br />10.
