Planning and Zoning recommends approval of the revised metes and <br />bounds subdivision provided both parcels share a common access to County <br />Road #5. <br /> <br />Councilm~mber Cox stated that there should also be an east/west easement <br />provided for future access. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~nber Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve Mr. Joel Thomsen's request for a metes and bounds subdivision <br />contingent upon a 66 foot easement being provided along the southern <br />boundary of the 3 acre parcel and that homes constructed on the parcels <br />will utilize that easement as a common access to County Road ~5. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Cox asked Mr. Thomsen if he had any <br />questions and Mr. Tncmsen replied that he did not. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
