Norris, C~munity ~evelol~ent Director <br /> <br />#12: <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you recall, at your last meeting you requested clarification from the City <br />Council on their policy regarding requiring multiple accesses for all new <br />plats. As you know, the existing subdivision ordinance does not address this <br />issue. The Council commented that this matter should be reviewed by the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission.
