PLANNINS AND ZONING OOMMISSI~ <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA GOUWI"I <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a regular meeting on <br />Tuesday, January 6, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Ken Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Terry Bendriksen <br />Mr. Roy Sh~nway <br />Mr. Gerry Zi~merman <br />Mr. Ben Deemer (Arrived at 8:02 p.m.) <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Co~nunity Develounent Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Jim Howell <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting to <br />order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to <br />recess the meeting to allow the Commission to attend the City Council meeting. <br />The Planning Commission will reconvene after its meeting with the City Council. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners LaDue, <br />Hendriksen, Zinmerman and Shumway. Voting no: None. Absent: Commissioners <br />Deemer and Howell. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the meeting back to order at 8:02 p.m. <br /> <br />(Note: At this time, Commissioner Deemer arrived at the meeting.) <br /> <br />PUH~JC HFARING <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson adjourned the regular meeting at 8:03 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearing: <br /> <br />1) Request for preliminary plat approval of Now and Then Estates; case of Mr. <br /> Paul Bertils. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the regular meeting back to order at 8:15 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Art Raudio requested that two additional items be placed on the agenda; <br />discussion regarding a minor subdivision of property along State Highway 947 <br />and discussion regarding open storage in the industrial area. <br /> 1/6/87 - Planning and Zoning Cc~mnission <br /> <br />Page 1 of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
