Steve Simons was present. <br /> <br />Ha. Norris stated that Hr. Simons is requesting a condtional use permit to <br />operate an automobile sales business iu the I-1 Industrial District at ?205- <br />7210 Hwy. riO. Planning and Zoning is recommending denial of the request based <br />on concerns with continued use of tva residential structures on the property, <br />access from H~ry. ~10 and use of front yard setback for sales display area. <br /> <br />Council proceeded to review and amend the proposed findings of fact as follows: <br /> <br />Item ~12 - Delete. <br /> <br />IrefUl2 - Amend as follows: 'That the proposed use ~ay be hazardous or <br />disturbing to existing or future neighboring uses.' <br /> <br />Item~21 - Added: 'That the residential structures located on the <br />property vi11 be occupied.' <br /> <br />Item#22 - Added: 'That the access from livy. fl0 N.W. may be detrimental <br />to the general welfare of the public due to it's location.' <br /> <br />Item t23 - Added: <br />the area.' <br /> <br /> 'That a storm sever system does not currently exist in <br />City Council/November 25, 1986 <br /> <br />Page 8 of 17 <br /> <br /> <br />
