Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilaember Sorteberg to adopt <br />Findings of Fact 0152, as amended, relating to a request by Hr. Steve Simons <br />for a conditional use permit to operate an automobile sales business in the I-1 <br />Industrial District. (Please refer to findings of fact file for Findings of <br />Pact 0152). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: liayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Schlueter and DeLuca. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to <br />deny, based on the findings of fact, the request by Mr. Steve Simons for a <br />conditional use permit to operate an automobile sales business in the I-1 <br />Industrial District at 7205-7210 Rvy. 410 N.~. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case ~6: Reauest For Concert Reviev Of Prooosed Subdivision_.- Case Of <br /> Mr. Ken Johnson: <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that Mr. Johnson has been before Council several times to <br />discuss the preliminary plat of Autumn Meadovs consisting of 8 lots north of <br />the ex/sting Autumn Heights. Council has tabled action until Mr. Johnson can <br />provide an additional access to the subdivision. <br /> <br />Mr. Richard Vagle vas present representing Mr. Johnson and stated that the <br />proposed plat has been revised from 8 lots to 4 (one of vhich is already <br />developed). It is hoped that the City viii not require a second access to the <br />plat just to service 3 additional homes. <br /> <br />ltayor Reimann stated that vith future subdivisions, there vould be more than <br />just 3 additional homes and still only one access. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that the City can require a restrictive convenance to not <br />a11o~ future subdivisions until the second access to the plat is provided. <br /> <br />Mr. Vagle stated that surrounding property ovners viii not cooperate and <br />dedicate easements for a future second access. Nx. Vagle inquired if there <br />would still be a problem if the developer agreed to a subdivision restriction. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox stated that he vould still be opposed to the plat even vith a <br />subdivision restriction. <br /> <br />Council recessed at 9:05 p.m. <br /> <br />14ayor Reimann called the meeting back to order at 9:15 p.m. <br /> <br />Case~5: Request For Final Plat Anvroval Of Northfork Second Addition; <br /> Case Of North Fork.
