Interconnect cable from <br />CS.&r-I l i6 to CS,~2-t 5 will be .run rkrough these conduits as well. <br /> <br />The rem ,ai_nder of the signal system; poles, w/ring, etc. will be designed a.nd included in <br />tko plans as a separate pay item wi~ con~atct stip~atioms of the possible deletion of that <br />pay item. at a D. rer dare, however a bid price will be taken. <br /> <br />The installation of the completed signal system will be control_ted in the contract time <br />provisions by the use of a delayed start date for that work. Tko start date wii1 be <br />renr-atiYely set for one month after ~e [ntersectiort of CS 'g2-t 5/X!dmo has been under ~ <br />siam'm2 control and a trna-ftc count can be made to determ/ne sic. al warrant status at <br />14-2nd Avenue. <br /> <br />The plans are to be completed i.n April of I999, with the bid [e,~ing in October I999. <br /> <br />A new ~ra~c count and wa. rr~t evaluation will be made in September of 1999. If the <br />si~ai is clearly justified at that t/me, tken t_he full signal system will be authorized for <br />construction ,~.ti.: the femaLe, der o[the project. <br /> <br />ff tko sign~ is not justirqed ~_ September of 1999, the project will be bid and consmlcted <br />initially with only the conduit system.
