Councihnember Kurak inquired if the placement of the easement and the new ponding will be a <br />problem with the clean up in the area. <br /> <br />Community Dcvelopment Director Frolik replied a thorough review of this was completed by the <br />Engineering Department. <br /> <br />Motion by Councihnember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to introduce an ordinance <br />to vacate the drainage and utility easement in Outlot A, Rivenwick 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
