Councihnember Kurak inquired if the placement of the easement and the new ponding will be a <br />problem with the clean up in the area. <br /> <br />Community Dcvelopment Director Frolik replied a thorough review of this was completed by the <br />Engineering Department. <br /> <br />Motion by Councihnember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to introduce an ordinance <br />to vacate the drainage and utility easement in Outlot A, Rivenwick 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cook, Kurak, Elvig, Pearson, <br />Strommen, and Zimmennan. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case#5: Continuation of a Public Hearing Introduction of Ordinance on the <br /> Establishment of a Special Service District for AUAR Roadway <br /> Improvements <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:30 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the continuation of the public hearing to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman advised staff recommends that the public hearing be continued to the <br />June 26, 2004 City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was nolle. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to continue the public <br />hearing to the June 26, 2004 City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Elvig, Strommen, Cook, Kurak, <br />Pearson, and Zimmerman.
