<br />Approval of Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor, On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor, Off-
<br />Sale 3.2 Liquor and Sunday Sales, and Wine
<br />
<br />Police Chief Way indicated the Council's packet includes information regarding the liquor
<br />licenses that have been applied for. Three businesses have applied for and paid the fee for the
<br />2:00 a.m. closing time. All of the paperwork has not been received and staff is asking the
<br />Council to approve the licenses contingent upon proper paperwork being received.
<br />
<br />Motion by Councihnember Pearson, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to approve Off-Sale
<br />Intoxicating and Non-Intoxicating Liquor License renewals for Rum River Wine & Spirits, M &
<br />L County Liquors, Wiser Choice Liquors, MGM Wine & Spirits, and T & T Liquors for the 2004
<br />- 2005 license year, contingent on the proper paperwork being received.

<br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Pearson, Elvig, Cook, Kurak,
<br />Strommen, and Zimmerman. Voting No: None.

<br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to approve On-Sale
<br />Intoxicating and 3.2 and Sunday, and Wine Liquor License renewals for Diamonds Sports Bar &
<br />Grill, The Links at Northfork, McDuff's Eatery & Pub, Spectators, Mansetti's Pizza & Pasta,
<br />JR's Outpost, and Super Bowl Pub for the 2004 - 2005 license year, contingent on the proper
<br />paperwork being received.

<br />Strommen, and Zimmemaan. Voting No: None.

<br />Case #7: 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor License Renewal
<br />
<br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Pearson, to approve 3.2 percent
<br />malt liquor license renewals for Bill's Superette, SuperAmerica #4508, and Sunfish Express for
<br />the 2004 .- 2005 license year.
<br />
<br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Elvig, Pearson, Cook, Kurak,
<br />Strommen, ami Zimmerman. Voting No: None.

<br />Mayor Gamec inquired operators that have previously had fireworks licenses automatically
<br />receive approval for their licenses or if they need to come before the Council.
<br />
<br />Police Chief Way replied he will check on this and it will be included in the update.

<br />Case #8: Award Bids for 2004 Pavement Maintenance Program
<br />
<br />Assistant Public Works Director Olson reported that bids were opened on Friday, June 4, 2004
<br />For the 2004 Pavement Maintenance Program. The low bid for Division A - Sealcoat/Crackfill
<br />came in at $175,020.70 fi'om Pearson Bros., Inc. The low bid for Division B - Bituminous
