Counci!member Cox stated that the taxpayers of Ramsey <br />should not be expected to provide legal services for those citizens <br />disagreeing with Council's actions. Counci!member Cox stated that there <br />should be a policy requiring citizens to obtain authorization from the City <br />Admini~trater cr City Council prior to cc~acting the city's contracted <br />professional services.
