CASE #7: <br />DISCUSSION REGARDING HIGHWAY 10 CORRIDOR STUDY <br />By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />Background: <br />As you know, the City hired Barton-Aschman to complete a transportation, <br />land use and market study of the Highway 10 corridor from the Ramsey -Anoka <br />border west to Armstrong Boulevard. A committee of representatives from <br />the advisory commissions, City Council and Ramsey Economic Development <br />Company was formed to work with the consultants on this study. This <br />committee has met twice with the consultants from Barton-Aschman.
