Mr. Hartley noted that the City has received a request from Grosslein <br />Beverages, Inc. to consider the extension of water utilities to the <br />commercial area east of Sunfish Lake Blvd. NW and south of Hwy. ~10 NW. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to adopt <br />Resolution #87-172 ordering a feasibility report on the extension of <br />sanitary sewer and water service to an area east of Sunfish Lake Blvd. NW <br />and south of Highway #10 NW. (Refer to resolution file for Resolution #87- <br />172). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember DeLuca inquired if there are funds <br />available to do this project next year. Mr. Hartley stated that if the <br />project is going to be considered, projections for expected tax increment <br />revenue would have to be prepared; whether or not there are sufficient <br />funds will be partially addressed in the feasibility study. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Budget And Levy Limit Considerations: Status Of Federal <br />R~venue Sharing Funds; Adopt 1988 Budget Development A_~enda: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley noted Finance Officer Noel Graczyk's memo dated July 28, 1987 <br />which indicates that Ramsey has Federal Revenue Sharing funds that have not <br />been spent. If those funds are not spent by the end of August, Ramsey will <br />have to return the funds to the Federal Government. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to table <br />discussion of use of Federal Revenue Sharing funds until t].e City Council <br />meeting scheduled for August 11, 1987. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Refer to page 23 for further action on this case. <br /> <br />C~se #17.A: Adopt Resolution Approving Final Pay Estimate For Proje¢~ <br /> #86-23 (River's Bend Park) To Tronson ExcavatinK; <br /> <br />City Engineer P~atikka stated that Mr. Tronson did some extra excavating <br />work at River's Bend Park and is requesting an additional $100.00. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor P. eimann and seconded by Councilmember Cox to adopt <br />Resolution ~/87-173 approving final pay estimate for Project ~86-23 (River's <br />Bend Park) to Tronson Excavating in the amount of $1,450.00. (Refer to <br />resolution file for Resolution ~87-173). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson.
