Action: <br /> Motion to approve the Special Events Permit for The Penalty Box Bar& Grill, 14077 St. Francis Boulevard NW, <br /> contingent upon the following: <br /> •The tent will be located in front of and as close as possible to the building. <br /> •The band will be allowed to play until midnight with the volume to be turned down at 11:00 p.m. <br /> •The tent will be inspected by the Ramsey Fire Department, and must pass the inspection. <br /> •$1,000 will be placed in escrow by Friday, September 16, to pay for the two licensed Ramsey Officers and <br /> any other expenses that may be incurred by the City,with the understanding that if the costs exceed$1,000, <br /> Mr.McManus will be billed for the remainder.
