8. Street Light Fee. The PERMITTEE is responsible for installation of street lights <br /> wthin the Plat. PERMITTEE will be responsible for the installation of five (5) <br /> street lights. The PERMITTEE shall work directly with Connexus Energy for <br /> street light installation and payment for the street lights. <br /> 9. Street Light Operation and Maintenance Fee. The PERMITTEE is responsible for <br /> a Street Light Operation and Maintenance Fee of$294 per light. PERMITTEE <br /> must pay a Street Light Operation and Maintenance Fee of One Thousand Four <br /> Hundred Seventy Dollars and No Cents ($294 x 5 lights = $1,470.00).The <br /> PERMITTEE acknowledges that these fees are estimates.
