Alternative#1 —Motion adopting Resolution#16-08-144 accepting bids and awarding a contract for construction <br /> for Improvement Project#16-95,Zeolite Street Storm Sewer Extension. <br /> Alternative#2—Motion denying adoption of Resolution 916-08-144 at this time. <br /> Funding Source: <br /> Plans and Specifications were prepared in-house as part of staff's regular duties. <br /> The low bid for construction of said improvements from Kuechle Underground Inc. is $108,802.15. The total <br /> estimated project costs include another 23%in indirect costs for administrative (6%), engineering(15%), finance <br /> (1%), and legal(1%)fees.
