The building official <br />may, in writing, suspend or revoke a permit issued <br />under the provisions of this code whenever the permit <br />is issued in error or on the basis of incorrect infor- <br />mation supplied, or in violation ,of any ordinance or <br />regulation or any of the provisions of this code. <br /> <br />All work shall fuTOJ~ until plans and specifications have been <br />'submitted and accepted by the Building Official. The plans shall <br />indicate the nature and extent of the work proposed. They shall also <br />show in detail that it will conform to the provisions of the code and <br />all relevant laws and ordinance rules a~d regulations. <br /> <br />If these requirements are not submitted within five (5) days from <br />receipt of this letter, you shall leave me no other alternative than <br />to inform the City Attorney to begin whatever legal action is <br />necessary to assure compliance with Minnesota State Building Codes, <br />Uniform Building Codes and City of Ramsey ordinances. <br /> <br />Building Official <br /> <br /> <br />
