That Mr. Jeff Erlkson, hereinafter referred to as 'Applicants, has <br />applied for a Board of Adjustment variance from the maximum height <br />allowance for accessory structures. <br /> <br />2. That the Applicant appeared before the Board of Adjustment for a public <br />hearing pursuant to Section l?0.013G of the City Code on March 26, 1987 <br />and that said public hearing vas properly advertised and that the minutes <br />of said public hearing are hereby incorporated as part of these findings by <br />reference. <br /> <br />3. 'That the subject property is generally known as 15270 St. Francis Blvd. <br />N.W. and is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter <br />of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />described as follows. Beginning at the northwest corner of <br />said northwest quarter of the southwest quarter, then east on <br />the north line thereof for a distance of 870 feet to the <br />westerly line 'of public road nov known as State Highway <br />then south t~een~y-five degrees east along the said westerIy <br />line of said public road for a distance of 165.50 feet, then <br />west agd parallel with ~he said north line of the northwest <br />quarter of the southwest quarter for a distance of 939.9 feet <br />to the west line of said northwest quarter of the southwest <br />quarter, then north for a distance of 150 feet to the place of <br />beginning, subject to easement of Rural Cooperative Power <br />Association dated April 12, 1967. <br /> <br />4. That the subject property is located in the B-1 Business District and <br />is approximately three acres in size. <br /> <br />5. That the principal use of the subject property is residential. <br /> <br />6. That Section 170.015C of the City Code specifies that accessory <br />structures shall be no taller than 16 feet. <br /> <br />7. That the Applicant is requesting a variance for a partially constructed <br />accessory structure which will exceed the height restriction for accessory <br />8~ructure8o <br /> <br />8. That the Applicant is proposing to construct an accessory structure <br />approximately 22 feet in height. <br /> <br />9. That the Applicant is requesting a variance of approximately six (6) <br />feet to the height restriction. <br /> <br />10. That on December 22, 1986, the applicant applied for a building permit <br />to construct an accessory structure of approximately 26' x 36' which <br />complled with Section 170.015C of the City Code. <br /> <br />11. That on December :29, 1986, the Applicant was issued a building per, it <br />to construct a 26' x 36' accessory structure in accordance with the <br />specifications of the City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
