REQUEST FOR VARIANCE FROM FRONT YARD SETBACK; <br /> CASE OF MR. JOHN PLOE~ER <br />By: Community Develolment Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. John Ploeger is requesting a variance from the front yard setback to <br />construct his home at 15640 Juniper Ridge Drive. Mr. Ploeger is requesting <br />to position his house on the lot such that there will be a 25 foot front <br />yard setback. Section 170.016A of the City Code requires a front yard <br />setback of 40 feet.
