~RO?OSED <br /> <br />14700 BO~E~S <br /> RAHSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On__j, 1987, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance from <br />the required Mississippi River setback to Mr. Richard Kiecker for the <br />property at 14700 Bo~ers Drive N.W., which property is legally described as <br /> <br />Lot 10, Bowers Mississippi Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to Sections 170,013 and 170.0112C of the <br />P~_~sey City Code. This variance is perpetual in its duration so long as <br />the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this <br />variance are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The addition shall be located no closer to the Mississippi River <br /> than 105 feet. <br /> <br />2. No additions shall be permitted on the river side which shall <br /> further encroach on the reduced river setback. <br /> <br />3. The addition shall be constructed above the 100 year flood <br /> elevation as specified by the City Code and DNR. <br /> <br />Any removal of veEetation within the setback-shall not be <br />permitted until the City and DNR have reviewed and approved the <br />proposed plans. <br /> <br />5. No removal of vegetation shall be permitted on or near the <br /> shoreline of the river which shall encourage bank erosion. <br /> <br />Mr. Richard Kiecker hereby acknowledges receipt of this variance and that <br />he has reviewed the conditions of the variance and has agreed that he viii <br />comply with the terms of this variance. <br /> <br />Mr. Richard Kiecker Date <br /> <br /> <br />
