Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioner Hendriksen questioned what the Building Official considers <br />"front yard" setback. <br /> <br />Building Official Erickson stated that he considers the portion of the yard <br />where the driveway connects to the street as the front yard. <br /> <br />Mr. Ploeger stated that the neighboring property owners were more concerned <br />about preserving the trees on the lot than the placement of the home and that <br />they have all had input into this. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Peterson and seconded by Commissioner Howell to approve. <br />Mr. John Ploeger's request for a variance from the required front yard setback <br />and in addition approve a variance from the required side yard setback. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Peterson, <br />Howell, LaDue and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. Abstained: None.
