PROPOSED VARIANCE <br />MR. RICHARD KIEC£ER <br />14700 BOWERS DRIVE N.W. <br />RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On __, 1987, the Ramsey Board of Ajjustment issued a variance from <br />the required Mississippi River setback to Mr. Richard Kiecker for the <br />property at 14700 Bowers Drive N.W., which property is legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lot 10, Bowers Mississippi Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to Sections 170.013 and 170.0112G of the <br />Ramsey City Code. This variance is perpetual in its duration so long as <br />the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this <br />variance are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The addition shall be located no closer to the Mississippi River <br /> than 105 feet. <br /> <br />2. No additions shall be permitted on the river side which shall <br /> further encroach on the reduced river setback. <br /> <br />3. The addition shall be constructed above the I00 year flood <br /> elevation as specified by the City Code and DNR. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Any removal of vegetation within the setback shall not be <br />permitted until the City and DNR have reviewed and approved the <br />proposed plans. <br /> <br />5.
