PROPOSED YARIANCE <br />MR. JACK NEWCOMB <br />6301 RIYLYN AVENUE N.W. <br /> RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On July 2, 1987, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance from <br />Section 170.016B of the City Code to Mr. Jack Newcomb for the property at <br />6301Rivlyn Avenue N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, which property is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 8, Auditors Subdivision No. 96, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to Section 170.013 of the Ramsey City <br />Code. This variance is perpetual in its duration so long as the <br />conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this <br />variance are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The addition shall be approximately 11.5 feet by 26 feet. <br /> <br />2. The addition shall not encroach on the existing side yard setback <br /> by more than six feet. <br /> <br />3. The addition shall be used for additional living space for the <br /> principal structure. <br /> <br />Mr. Jack Newcomb hereby acknowledges receipt of this variance and that he <br />has reviewed the conditions of the variance and has agreed that he will <br />comply with the terms of the variance. <br /> <br />Mr. Jack Newcomb <br /> <br />Date <br /> <br /> <br />
