WAYNE SWEDAL <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Wayne Swedal is requesting a variance to construct an accessory <br />structure on the vacant lot, which he owns, adjacent to his property at <br />14723 Bowers Drive N.W. Mr. Swedal is proposing that the proposed <br />accessory structure would be the only structure on the lot and would be <br />used for storage. Section 170.015G of the City Code states that no <br />accessory structure shall be constructed on any lot prior to the time of <br />construction of the principal building on'that lot. <br /> <br />For your information, the following items are enclosed: <br /> <br />a) Application <br />b) Site location map <br />c) Public hearing notice <br />d) Properties notified <br /> e) Proposed findings of fact <br /> f) Proposed variance <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />As Mr. Swedal's lot is within the Critical River Overlay District, Mr. John <br />Stine of the DNR has reviewed Mr. Swedal's request and has no objections to <br />the proposed structure. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Board of A~justment Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Adopt Findings of Fact , relating to Mr. Wayne Swedal's request for <br />a variance. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Approve/deny Mr. Wayne Swedal's request for a variance from Section <br />170.015G of the City Code. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Administrator <br />Attorney <br />Engineer <br />Community Development Director <br /> <br /> Chief of Police <br /> Finance Officer <br /> Building Official X <br />'X DNR X <br /> <br /> <br />
