PROPOSED VARIANCE <br />HR, GARNETT PETTER. SEN <br />RAH~EY BLVD. N.W. <br />RAHSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On July 23, 1987 the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance from <br />Sections 170.015F and 170.016A of the Ramsey City Code to Mr. Garnett <br />Pettersen allowing him to construct a residential structure which will <br />encroach on the required setback from Ramsey Blvd. on the property legally <br />described as follows, to-wit: ,~ <br /> <br />The north three-quarters of the north half of the northwest <br />quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 22, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota excepting therefrom the <br />following described tract: That part of the north three-quarters <br />of the north half of the northwest quarter of the northwest <br />quarter of Section 22, Township 32 north,. Range 25 west, <br />described as follows: Commencing at a point on the north line of <br />said northwest quarter of the northwest quarter, distant 165 feet <br />west of the northeast corner thereof, then west along said north <br />line a distance of 264 feet, then south at right angles a <br />distance of i65 feet, then east parallel to the north line of <br />said northwest quarter of the northwest quarter a distance of 264 <br />feet, then north a distance of 165 feet to the point of <br />beginning, subject to the rights of the public over Cry. Rd. #56, <br />except #3200. <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to the authorization of Section 170.013 <br />of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this variance are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The residential structure shall not encroach on the centerline of <br /> Ramsey Blvd. N.W. by more than 40 feet. <br /> <br />All storage of personal property, vehicles, recreational equipment <br />and vehicles shall be in the side or rear yard and shall not be <br />permitted in the front yard. <br /> <br />3. No commercial or industrial activity shall be permitted on the <br /> subject property. <br /> <br />4. The on-site septic system shall be constructed using a mound <br /> system due to soil limitations on the subject property. <br /> <br /> <br />
