That such variance is necessary for the preservation of a substantial <br />property right, namely the ability to construct a residential structure. <br />similar to that possessed by other properties in the same vicinity. <br /> <br />II. That the special conditions, namely the construction of County Road <br />#56, do not result from the actions of the Applicant. <br /> <br />12.
