Absent: Commissioners Howell and <br />Holm. <br /> <br />The Board proceeded to review the variance for Mr. Swedal. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to <br />approve Mr. Wayne Swedal's request for a variance from Section 170.015G of <br />the City Code. Further, that the variance be amended as follows: <br /> <br />Item ~5 to read as follows: 'The subject property shall be restricted <br />such that no conveyance of said property may be made by it's present <br />owner unless in connection with the sale of the adjacent parcel <br />containing the owner's residence, a principal structure has been <br />constructed thereon or unless the City of Kamsey, in it's discretion, <br />specifically permits said conveyance.' <br /> <br />Motion carried.
