BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF 1LAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Board of Adjustment conducted a public hering on Thursday, July <br />23, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota regarding Mr. Garnett Pettersen's request for variance from <br />Sections 170.015F and 170.016A of the City Code regarding setback from <br />thoroughfares. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the public hearing to order at 7:41 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. and Mrs. Garnett Pettersen were present. <br /> <br />Ms. Norris noted that Mr. Terry Hendriksen has indicated no objections to <br />the Pttersen's request but is concerned that outside storage of equipment <br />be limited to side and rear yard if the variance is granted. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br />LaDue and Holm. <br />Hendriksen. <br /> <br />Voting Yes: <br /> Voting No: <br /> <br />Chairman Z{~merman, Commissioners Shumway, <br />None.
