FRANCIS BOULEVARD N.W. <br /> RAMSEY, MINNE$0TA <br /> <br />On , 1987, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance <br />from Section 170.05 of the Ramsey City Code to Mr. Richard Dreher of <br />Riversbend Associates Partnership to construct an identification sign <br />larger than permitted on the property generally known as 14051 St. Francis <br />Boulevard and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, River's Bend Plaza, Anoka Gounty~ Minnesota. <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to the authorization of Section 170.013 <br />of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this variance are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The sign shall not exceed 35 feet in height. <br /> <br />2. The sign shall not exceed 185 square feet in size. <br /> <br />3.
