Therefore, <br /> we have no objections or comments related to Mr. Dreher's <br /> request. <br /> <br />A.J. PARENT COMPANY: I have had several meetings and field <br /> inspections with Mr. Parent and the property owners regarding the <br /> location of the proposed house. Based on additional information <br /> that has been provided by Mr. Parent, the proposed structure <br /> would be inline with the average setback of the structures on the <br /> adjoining lots. The setback from the OHW of the proposed house <br /> ~a_=~ variance. Be advised that certification of the <br /> variance is required pursuant to the city's ordinance.
