PROPOSED VARIAi~CE <br />MakRSRALL PEARSON OF REGENCY ROMES, INC. <br /> 15855 JUNIPER RIDGE DRIVE N.W. <br /> RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On , 1987, the ILamsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance <br />from Section 170.076.24 of the Ramsey City Code to Mr. Marshall Pearson to <br />construct a home which will encroach on the required setback from the Rum <br />River on the property generally known as 15855 Juniper Ridge Drive <br />and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Reilley Estates 2nd Addition, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota (subject to a scenic easement to the City of Ramsey and <br />Anoka County filed September 14, 1978 and subject to a road easement <br />to the City of Ramsey across the South 33 feet filed September 14, <br />1 97 8). <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to the authorization of Section 170.013 <br />of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this variance are as follows: <br /> <br />1. No additions to the structure shall be permitted which will <br /> further encroach on the Rum River setback. <br /> <br />The river bank shall be restored and erosion controls shall be <br />completed as specified in a letter dated September 16, 1987 from <br />Patricia Rudolph of the Anoka County Soil and Water Conservation <br />District. This letter is attached to this variance as Exhibit A <br />and is a part of this variance. This letter specifies treatment <br />of the river bank erosion area, berm construction, grassed <br />diversion, and rain gutter installation. In addition, the letter <br />specifies periodic inspections of this restoration and <br />controls. <br /> <br />Mr. Marshall Pearson hereby acknowledges receipt, of this variance and than <br />he has reviewed the conditions of the variance and has agreed that he will <br />comply with the terms of the variance. <br /> <br />Mr. Y~rshall Pearson <br /> <br />Date <br /> <br /> <br />
