PROPOSED VARIA/~CE <br />MR. AND MRS. BRUNO BRETTSCHNEIDER <br /> 14844 WACO STREET N.W. <br /> RAMSE¥, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On ., 1987, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance <br />from Section 170.016B of the Ramsey City Code to Mr. and Mrs. Bruno <br />Brettschneider to construct a porch which will encroach on the required <br />rear yard setback on the property generally known as 14844 Waco Street N.W. <br />and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 3, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to the authorization of Section 170.013G <br />of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this variance are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The porch shall not encroach on the rear yard setback by more than <br /> seven (7) feet. <br /> <br />2. The porch shall be constructed in accordance with the <br /> specifications of the City Code and Building Official. <br /> <br />3.
