PROPOSED VARIANCE GARY DITSCHLER RAMSEY CARPET CO. 5924 167TH AVENUE N.W. RAMSEY, MINNESOTA On __, 1987, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance from Section 170.05 of the Ra.~nsey City Code to Mr. Gary Ditschler of the Ramsey Carpet Co. to install a sign larger than permitted on the property generally known as 5924 167th Avenue N,R. and legally described as follows: That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1i, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter then South along the West line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter a distance of 331.3 feet, then East Parallel with the North line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter to the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47, then Northerly along said centerline of highway to the North line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter then West along the North line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter to the point of beginning. -and- The South 94.99 feet of the North 426.29 feet (as. measured along the west line) of the part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying westerly of the centerline of Trunk Highway No. 47 except road subject to easement of record. This variance was issued pursuant to the authorization of Section 170.013G of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this variance are as follows: I. The sign shall not exceed 60 square feet in size. 2. The sign shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with the specifications of the City Code and Building Official. Mr. Gary Ditschler hereby acknowledges receipt of this variance on behalf of the Ramsey Carpet Co. and that he has reviewed the conditions of the variance and has agreed that he will comply with the terms of the variance.
