BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Board of Adjustment conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, <br />September 24, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Jim Howell <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the regular meeting of the Board of Adjustment to <br />order at 7:38 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />NoRe. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGES~DA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Holm to <br />approve the agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Shumway, <br />LaDue, Terry, Holm and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. Absent: <br />Commissioner Howell. <br /> <br />PUBLIC EEARINGS <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman adjourned the regular meeting at 7:39 p.m. in order.to <br />conduat the following public hearings: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Request for variance from Sections 170.015F and 170.016A of the <br />City Code regarding setback from thoroughfares; case of Mr. Ronald <br />Fischl. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Request for variance from Section 170.076.24 of the City Code <br />regarding setback from the Rum River; case of Mr. Marshall Pearson <br />of Regency Homes, Inc. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Request for variance from Section 170.05 of the City Code <br />regarding maximum permitted size of identification signs; case of <br /> Board of Adjustment/September 24, 1987 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
