PROPOSED FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> MR. STANLEY MORTON <br /> <br />1. That Mr. Stanely Morton, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has <br />properly applied for a Board of Adjustment variance from Section 170.015G <br />of the City Code regarding location of accessory structures. <br /> <br />2. That the Applicant appeared before the Ramsey Board of Adjustment for <br />a public hearing pursuant to Section 170.013G of the Ramsey City Code on <br />October 29, 1987 and that said public hearing was properly advertised and <br />the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated as part of these <br />findings by reference. <br /> <br />3. That the subject property is generally known as 16355 St. Francis <br />Boulevard N.W. and is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section <br />14, Township 32, Range 2~-, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as <br />follows: Commencing at the intersection of the North line of said <br />Section 14 with the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47 as the <br />same is now laid out and traveled said point being 762.3 feet East <br />from the North Quarter corner of said Section 14; then South 3 degrees <br />05 minutes East along the centerline of said highway a distance of <br />540.55 feet to the actual poin~ of beginning of the tract of land to <br />be hereby described; then South 1 degree 52 minutes East continuing <br />along said centerline a diszance of 420 feet; then South 89 degrees <br />52 minutes East a distance of 894.39 feet; then North 0 degrees 19 <br />minutes East a distance of 419.74 feet; then North 89 degrees 52 <br />minutes West a distance of 910.40 feet to the actual point of <br />beginning (except the West 313 feet thereof as measured along the <br />North and South lines thereof). For the purposes of this description, <br />the North line of said Section 14 is assumed to have a bearing of East <br />and West. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Tt~at part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as <br />follows: Commencing at the intersection of the North line of said <br />Section 14 with the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47 as same <br />is now laid out and traveled said point being 762.3 feet East from the <br />North Quarter corner of said Section 14; then South 3 degrees 05 <br />minutes East along the centerline of said Highway a distance of 540.55 <br />feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract of land to be <br />hereby described; then South 1 degree 52 minutes East continuing along <br />said centerline a distance of 420 feet; then South 89 degrees 52 <br />minutes East a distance of 313 feet; then North 1 degree 52 minutes <br />West a distance of 420 feet; then North 89 degrees 52 minutes West a <br />distance of 313 feet to the actual point of beginning. Subject to an <br />easement for highway purposes over the Westerly 33 feet thereof. For <br />the purposes of this description the North line of said Section 14 is <br />assumed to have a bearing of East and West. <br /> <br />4. That the subject property is located in the R-iR Rwral Residential <br />district and is approximately 8.67 acres in size. <br /> <br /> <br />
