UTILITY <br />EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOICk COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of'Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Mirmesota Statutes 4 i2.851. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br /> All that drainage and utility easement contained in Outlor A, R/venwick 3rd Addition, <br /> according to the recorded plat thereof; Anoka County,, Minnesota <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
