Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD <br /> FOR A PATROL OFFICER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ryan Law was hired as a Patrol Officer effective May 20, 2003; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Law has successfully completed a one year probationary <br />period as a Patrol Officer; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its June 22,'2004meeting a~'eed <br />with staffs recommendation to end the probationary pehod for Ryan Law effective May <br />20, 2004. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Persom~el Committee to end the probationary period for Ryan Law, effective May <br />20, 2004. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 22® day of June 2004. <br /> <br />-132- <br /> <br /> <br />
