Councihnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF ACCOUNTING CLERK <br />AND-AUTHO1;LIZING STAFF TO BEGIN THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS FOR <br />AN ACCOUNTING CLERK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jennie Loeffler was hired as a full-time, regular Accounting Clerk <br />and began work on August 9, 2002; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Loeffler has submitted a letter resigning from her position <br />effective July 9, 2004. <br /> <br />NOVv, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to accept Jennie Loeffler's resignation fi'om the position of <br />Accounting Clerk; <br /> <br />2) That the effective date of Ms. Loeffler's resignation will be July 9, 2004; <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That staff is attthorized to begin the recruitment process to hire an Accounting <br />Clerk to replace Ms. Loeffler. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 27d day of June 2004. <br /> <br />-134- <br /> <br /> <br />
