The applicant assured the Planning Commission and' Staff that no hazardous materials are being <br />stored on the subject property and the company vehicles are related to picking up and dropping off <br />the equipment. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting a four year interim use permit. The Plarming Commission stated some <br />concern related to the requested four year term. The Planning Commission recommended the City <br />Council approve the interim use permit for a term of two years. The Planning Commission also <br />stated their concern about the possibility of hazardous materials being stored on the property, <br />therefore, staff included a condition in the interim use permit that clearly states no hazardous or <br />harmful materials are to be stored within the construction trailers or boxes. <br /> <br />Subsequent to the Planning Commission meeting, the applicant relayed to staffthat they would invite <br />Mr. and Mrs. Lynne's onto the subject property to verify, the type of materials and equipment that is <br />being stored within the construction trailers and boxes. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #04-06- adopting Findings of Fact #~ relating to an inter/m use <br />permit request for outdoor storage as a principal use on the subject property. <br /> <br />Motion to approve Resolution #04-06-~declaring terms of the Interim Use Permit to allow <br />outside storage as a principal use, based on the findings of fact, until July 1, 2006. <br /> <br />-or- <br /> <br />Motion to deny the interim use permit based on findings of fact. <br /> <br />CC: 06/22/04 <br /> <br />-1 ~30- <br /> <br /> <br />
