She indicated the City currently owns.:the property: and in order to facilitate <br />the proposed development, the property will need to be' re-platted. She stated the proposed <br />subdivision, Basalt Office Park 2"d Addition. will create two'lots that equal 4.48 acres and 3.32 <br />acres in size from the existing 7.8 acre parcel. She indicated'_ the minor subdivision will be <br />coupled with a rezoning of Lot 1, Block 1 Basalt Office Park 2"" Ackhtion fi.om E-2 Employment <br />to Planned Unit Development. She advised the PUD will allow for?the development of two <br />pnncipal buildings on the property:.
