She <br /> stated the development is proposing to construct a total of 54,000 square feet on a 4.48 acre <br /> '~7°/, which is under the 45% maximum <br /> parcel. She advised lot coverage has been calculated at _ o, <br /> - lot cove~:age resmctmn established in City Code. She stated the site will derive one access point <br /> fi, om Ebony Street. <br /> <br /> Associate Planner Wald indicated Staff does not have enouzh information to determine if the site <br /> plan meets off-street parking space requirements. She noted this information must be provided <br /> to staff prior to the City Council review of the site plan.
