Councilmemb¢r introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #04-06- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF BASALT OFFICE PARK 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, on June 3, 2004, the City of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as "Applicant", properly applied for a minor subdivision to replat the following legally described property located in the City of Ramsey: Lot 2, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park No. 5, Anoka County, Minnesota. (the "Subject Property."); and WHEREAs, Section 9.50.05 of City Codes allow for the platting of three lots or less to be processed as minor subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed and approved the sketch plan as required under Section 9.50.05 of the City Code on June 3, 2004; and WHEREAS, park dedication and trail fees shall be satisfied through Tax Increment Financing when the two newly created tots develop; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat on June 22, 2004. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: i) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Basalt Office Park 2nd Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review letter dated June 22, 2004. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 22'''~ day of June, 2004. -206-
