Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recommended approval of the site plan contingent upon <br />compliance with CiD' Staff Review Letter dated May 28, 2004, the rez0ning of the subject <br />property to PUD, approval of the Basalt Office 2nd Addition final plat, and the developer <br />entering into a TIF agreement with the City. <br /> <br />It should be mentioned that the applicant will be proceeding with development on Lot 2, <br />Block 1, Basalt Office Park 2® Addition prior to initiating development on Lot 1. It is <br />anticipated that construction of this project will commence later this year and therefore, <br />the TIF Agreement will be reviewed by the City Council closer to the time of actual <br />initiation of construction. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to grant approval of the Proposed site plan contingent upon compliance with City <br />Staff Review Letter dated May 28, 2004, the rezoning of the subject property to PUD, <br />approval of the Basalt Office 2nd Addition final plat, and the developer entering into a TIF <br />agreement with the City.. <br /> <br />Motion to deny site plan. <br /> <br />CC: 06/22/2004 <br /> <br />-224- <br /> <br /> <br />
