The site plan indicates the refuse receptacles will be stored <br />in doors. ... <br /> <br />Lighting: Please provide the City with details regarding the lighting that will be on the building and <br />located in the parking lot for review. City standards require that the luminaire (light source) must not <br />be visible from beyond the property, line. The applicant should submit shop drawings of the lighting <br />fixtures for review and approval by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />REU Number: The A quarterly charge of $133.06 will be charged per quarter. <br /> <br />Development Agreement: As.pan of the approval by. City. Council, 'the applicant will need to enter <br />into .a development agreement with City. This agreement, among other things, will incorporate <br />relevant items from the Master Development Agreement with Ramsey Town Center LLC that will be <br />obligations for NAU Holdings L.L.C. The Development Agreement will also enumerate the financial <br />sureties needed by the City to allow construction of the project. <br /> <br />Final Site Plan: A final site plan will need to be submitted as part of the final plat approval and <br />approved by the City Council. The final site plan and final plat can be reviewed and approved <br />concun'ently. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 22, 2004 at Ramsey Fire Station, <br />15050 Armstrong Blvd., to review the proposed site plan. You or your representative may want to be <br />present to answer any questions that may arise.
