CONSENT CASE # <br /> <br /> ADOPT RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF <br />'LOT 2, BLOCK 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK SECOND ADDITION, <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> By: William K. Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City has negotiated a TIF agreement with HSHT, LLC. As part o£the transaction, the City is to <br />convey title to Lot 2, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK SECOND. ADDITION to <br />HSHT, LLC. On April 27, 2004, the City Council introduced an ordinance to authorize the sale. <br />That ordinance was adopted on May 25, 2004. It is necessary for Council to adopt a resolution to <br />complete the sale of this property.
